This used K-Line Springfield in 3-Tone Sunburst is a boutique S-style built the way the originals were, and it's in very good shape. Alder body, gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, 7.26 lbs. There is some wear present— pick scratches on the top and pickguard and a handful of tiny dings on the body. It comes with its certificate and the original K-Line gig bag. Nitro over alder at this weight is the recipe for a Strat-style guitar that breathes, and this one does.

The rock maple neck is a C profile (.865" at the 1st fret, .960" at the 12th) — a comfortable vintage-leaning shape with enough shoulder to feel substantial. 4-bolt joint, gloss nitro on the neck, a maple fretboard with black dot inlays, 10" radius, 21 6125 frets, 25.5" scale length, and a 1.650" synthetic bone nut. The 10" radius is the smart update here: flatter than a true vintage 7.25" board, so bends don't fret out, without losing the classic feel. A 6-screw Wilkinson tremolo with bent saddles and vintage-style tuners keep it period-correct, with a 3-ply black pickguard against the sunburst.

The pickups are K-Line's own hand-wound '64s Strat single-coils in all three positions — the mid-'60s voice, with scooped mids, bell-like top end, and the dynamic response that only comes from a properly wound single-coil. One volume, two tones, and a 5-way blade selector. Position 4 quack is exactly where it should be, the bridge has bite without ice pick, and the neck pickup is warm without going muddy.
