Repairs:  In house repairs are done by Connecticut luthier Frank Brocklehurst.  Setups, fretwork, electronics, cracks etc. Please e-mail brian@briansguitars.com with any repair questions. 

Return Policy: Brian’s Guitars offers a 48 hour return policy upon receiving an item for out of state purchases.  Buyers can return an item within 48 hours for money back or store credit.  Buyer pays shipping both ways.  In-store purchases can be returned within 48 hours for store credit only. Deposits on custom order pieces are non-refundable. Please call or e-mail for more information.
