Dunable Asteroid DE Sky Blue Floyd Rose

Dunable Asteroid DE Sky Blue Floyd Rose
Serial Number: C1181
Weight: 8.04 lbs.

The Dunable Asteroid DE in Sky Blue (Serial #C1181) pairs Dunable's Asteroid body shape with a Floyd Rose. The body is mahogany, finished in gloss poly. A matching Sky Blue headstock with a gold Dunable logo ties the look together, and chrome hardware keeps it clean. It weighs 8.04 lb.

The mahogany neck has a Medium C carve (.79" at the 1st fret, .85" at the 12th). It's a set neck, so it has a solid, resonant connection to the body and smooth access up the board. The ebony fretboard carries mother-of-pearl dot inlays and 22 jumbo nickel-silver frets on a 25.5" scale. The longer scale keeps the low end tight and articulate, which helps in lower tunings. Up top is a 1.65" Floyd Rose locking nut. Paired with the Floyd Rose bridge and Hipshot tuners, it handles dive bombs, flutters, and heavy bends and stays in tune.

The pickups are a pair of Dunable ceramic humbuckers: a Cthulhu in the neck (13.5k) and a Bladewolf in the bridge (16.5k). The controls are simple: one volume, one tone, and a 3-way toggle. That setup gives you high-output, tight rhythm tones from the bridge and a thick, singing lead voice from the neck. Whether you're a metal player, a shredder who lives on the whammy bar, or a hard rock player who wants a shape that stands out on stage, the Asteroid DE is built for it. (Serial #C1181) Includes a gigbag. Order today from Brian's Guitars, your authorized Dunable dealer.
