The PRS Custom 24-08 in Salmon is a Limited Edition take on PRS's flagship platform, refining the Custom 24 — the guitar that put PRS on the map back in 1985 — with a striking colorway you won't see on the standard lineup. A 10-top curly maple top sits over a mahogany back, finished in high-gloss nitrocellulose for that classic PRS depth and shine, and at 7.96 lbs. it carries the familiar, comfortable heft the Custom 24 has always been known for.

The flame maple neck wears PRS's Pattern Thin carve (53/64" at the 1/2 fret, 57/64" at the 12 1/2 fret) and is set into the body for maximum resonance and sustain. A zircote fretboard with PRS's signature bird inlays carries 24 PRS Standard frets across a 10" radius and 25" scale length, with a 1 11/16" PRS nut rounding out the fast, familiar Custom 24 feel. The matching zircote-veneer headstock carries the PRS signature inlay, and PRS's patented Gen III tremolo paired with Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons — both finished in smoked black — deliver the tuning stability and expressive range this platform is known for.

Tone comes from a pair of PRS DMO humbuckers, wired to a single volume and tone control and a 3-way toggle pickup selector — the Custom 24-08's signature update to the standard Custom 24 layout.
