The Suhr Classic S Antique HSS in 3 Tone Burst (Serial #94352) takes the classic S-style formula and adds a humbucker in the bridge. The 2-piece alder body has a lacquer finish with light aging, so it looks and feels played-in from day one. A parchment pickguard and clay dot inlays carry the vintage styling through. It weighs 7.94 lb.

The bolt-on maple neck has Suhr's 60's C Vintage Medium carve (.830" at the 1st fret, .950" at the 12th) in a lacquer finish. The Indian rosewood fretboard has a 9"–12" compound radius that keeps chords comfortable down low while flattening out for fast, clean soloing up the neck. It carries 22 medium stainless steel frets, which bend smoothly and wear slowly. The scale is 25.5", and the Tusq nut measures 1.650". On the Original-style headstock you'll find a gold-fill Suhr decal with black outline and Suhr locking tuners for fast string changes. The Suhr 2-post tremolo uses bent steel saddles and a steel block, and all hardware is chrome.

Suhr V63 single-coils sit in the neck and middle positions, with an SSV humbucker in the bridge. Suhr's SSCII system removes the 60-cycle hum from the single-coils while keeping their vintage character. Controls are one volume, two tones, and a 5-way blade.
