This 2022 Collings City Limits in Nicky Burst is a used guitar in mint condition (Serial #CL221536). A flamed maple top sits over a Honduran mahogany body, finished in high gloss nitrocellulose lacquer with non-grained ivoroid binding. It shows little to no wear, and it weighs 8.14 lb.
The Honduran mahogany set neck has a '60s profile (.865" at the 1st fret, .967" at the 9th) under the same gloss nitro. The rosewood fretboard has mother-of-pearl split parallelogram inlays, a 12" radius, and 21 medium frets on a 24.875" scale. The bone nut is 1.730" wide. The headstock wears an ebony veneer with a mother-of-pearl Collings logo. Hardware includes a Kluson ABR-1 bridge with retaining wire, a Kluson stop tailpiece, and nickel Gotoh tuners with Collings logos and ivoroid buttons.
