Condition: Very good condition, 2010 model. Guitar shows little to no wear aside from one small ding on the top front edge of the headstock, bottom points of the body. Handful of other dings on the back and top of the body. Hardware shows some light tarnish/cloudiness. Comes with Aftermarket Hardshell case.
This used 2010 ESP FX Standard Series in Padauk Brown Stain (Serial #SS1010111) pairs the angular FX shape with a mahogany body and active EMG pickups. The satin Padauk Brown Stain finish lets the mahogany grain show through. It's in very good condition with little to no wear, apart from minor dings at the headstock and the body. It weighs just 6.24 lb.
The set maple neck has a Thin U carve (.787" at the 1st fret, .866" at the 12th) in a satin finish. The rosewood fretboard has mother of pearl dots, a 12" radius, and 22 extra jumbo stainless steel frets on a 24.75" scale, with a 1.653" synthetic bone nut. Stainless frets wear slowly and bend smoothly, which matters on a guitar that's already more than 15 years old. The ESP headstock carries Sperzel locking tuners. A Gotoh Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece anchor the strings, and the hardware is black.
An EMG 81 in the bridge and an EMG 60 in the neck cover tight, saturated rhythm tones and smoother lead and clean sounds. Controls are volume, tone, and a 3-way toggle.
