Condition: Very good, 2012 model. Guitar shows some wear consistant with use. Body shows some scratches/swirls, dings, and a few light scuffs in the VOS finish, particularly in the darker parts of the finish. Some buckle rash on the back of the body. Hardware shows some cloudiness, pitting, and tarnish, particularly on the pickup covers. Hand-signed by Joe Bonamassa on the back of the headstock. Comes with original hardshell case, certificate of authenticity, and case candy. Case shows some rips in the covering, still functional. 

This 2012 Gibson Custom Joe Bonamassa Signature '61 ES-335 Reissue in Vintage Sunburst (Serial #JB 136) is hand-signed by Joe Bonamassa on the back of the headstock. It's a used guitar in very good condition. The semi-hollow ES-335 body is laminated maple/poplar/maple with cream binding, finished in nitrocellulose lacquer with Gibson's VOS treatment. Wear is consistent with use: scratches, swirls, dings, and a few light scuffs in the finish, mostly in the darker areas of the burst, plus some buckle rash on the back. The nickel hardware shows some cloudiness, pitting, and tarnish, most noticeably on the pickup covers. The guitar weighs 7.6 lb.

The mahogany set neck has Bonamassa's 1959 Round carve (.860" at the 1st fret, .960" at the 12th). It's a full, rounded profile that fills the hand. The rosewood fretboard has cream binding, mother-of-pearl dot inlays, a 12" radius, and 22 medium jumbo frets on a 24.75" scale. The nut is nylon and measures 1.69". The headstock carries a mother-of-pearl Gibson logo and crown inlay. An ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece anchor the strings, and Kluson Deluxe single-ring tuners keep the vintage look. A 4-ply black pickguard finishes it off.

A pair of '57 Classic humbuckers handles the sound, with 2 volumes, 2 tones, and a 3-way toggle. The neck pickup gives you warm, round tones for blues leads and jazz lines.
