Condition: Very good condition, 2022 model. Guitar shows some wear. Top shows a patch of tiny dings on the top where arm would rest, some light swirls and scratches. The back and sides show some small dings, one small small chip on the back edge of the body, some scratches/buckle rash on the back. Handful of small dings on the back of the body. Headstock face shows some like swirling/scratches. Comes with original hardshell case and accessories.
This 2022 Gibson Slash Les Paul Standard in November Burst is Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash's signature Les Paul, built to his personal spec with a AAA-grade flame maple top over a mahogany body finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, showing true depth and chatoyance in the November Burst finish. At 9.7 lbs., it carries the substantial, resonant heft classic Les Paul Standards are known for.
The mahogany neck carries Gibson's 50s Vintage profile (.880" at the 1st fret, .980" at the 12th) — a full, substantial carve that fills the hand — glued in and topped with a rosewood fretboard bound in cream, acrylic trapezoid inlays, and a 12" radius across 22 medium jumbo frets and the classic 24.75" Gibson scale length. A 1 11/16" GraphTech nut leads to Vintage Keystone tuners in nickel, and the headstock carries a mother-of-pearl Gibson logo with "Les Paul Model" silkscreen. An ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with aluminum stopbar tailpiece rounds out hardware built for sustain and full intonation adjustability.
Electronics come from a matched pair of Custom Burstbucker Alnico 2 pickups in reverse zebra configuration — voiced to Slash's own specifications for warm, vocal midrange and singing sustain — hand-wired with Orange Drop capacitors and wired to independent volume and tone controls per pickup and a 3-way toggle selector.
