This 2026 Whitfill Standard T in Butterscotch Blonde is a mint-condition example of the hand-built T-style that put Whitfill on the map with vintage-obsessed players. The swamp ash body wears a nitrocellulose lacquer relic finish in classic Butterscotch Blonde, aged to look like decades of honest use rather than a factory job. At 6.02 lbs., it's featherweight — the kind of number that separates a hand-picked ash body from a production one. A black Bakelite pickguard completes the early-'50s look.

The maple neck is carved to a Heavy C profile (.840" at the 1st fret, .940" at the 12th) with a gloss nitrocellulose finish and bolt-on construction. That's a substantial handful, and it's the whole point: more wood in the palm means more midrange and a neck that fills out under a chording hand. The maple fretboard carries black dot inlays, a 10" radius, 21 medium jumbo frets, a 25.5" scale length, and a 1.650" synthetic bone nut. Hardware is nickel with relic aging throughout — Gotoh vintage-style tuners on the natural Whitfill headstock, and a vintage-style Kluson T bridge with brass 3-saddle construction for that ringing, slightly compressed T-style resonance.

Electronics are a set of Whitfill proprietary single-coils wound by Onamac Windery, one in each position, running to a volume, a tone, and a 3-way blade selector. The bridge pickup delivers the twang and bite a T-style lives on, with enough grind to push an amp when you dig in. The neck rounds off warm and woody for jazz voicings and rhythm work. Whether you're a country or Americana player after the real thing, a session guitarist who needs a T that records perfectly the first time, or a collector chasing boutique builds outside the big shops, this Whitfill delivers. This Whitfill Standard T (Serial #3-24-26) comes with the original hardshell case. Order today from Brian's Guitars.
