The Yamaha RS20MM Matteo Mancuso Signature Revstar in Vintage Sunburst was developed with Matteo Mancuso to match the look, feel, and response of his own custom Revstar (Serial #IML134213). It has a flamed maple top in gloss Vintage Sunburst over a chambered mahogany body. The chambering cuts weight and adds resonance. Cream binding and a 3-ply cream pickguard complete the look. It weighs 8.0 lb.

The 3-piece mahogany neck is carbon-reinforced for strength and stability. It's carved to Mancuso's own profile (21mm/.826" at the 1st fret, 23.9mm/.940" at the 12th) and finished in satin polyurethane. It's a set neck, which gives the guitar a solid, sustaining connection between neck and body. The cream-bound rosewood fretboard has split rounded parallelogram inlays and a Mancuso logo at the 12th fret. You get a 12" radius, 22 jumbo stainless steel frets, a 24.75" scale, and a 41.9mm (1.649") PPS nut. Stainless frets stay smooth under legato runs and heavy bends, and they hold up over time. The headstock carries Mancuso's signature on the truss rod cover. Hardware includes a Tune-O-Matic bridge with a stopbar tailpiece and locking tuners for stable tuning.

Both pickups are DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary humbuckers, with a vintage PAF voice, long sustain, and quick, detailed pick response. Controls are a master volume, a master tone with a push-pull passive Focus Switch, and a 5-position lever selector. That gives you more sounds than a standard two-humbucker, 3-way setup.
